2.1 Location Information: When You use the Platforms through the telecommunication device, we collect Your location data. If You permit the Platforms to access Your location through the permission system used by Your mobile operating system, We may also collect the precise location of Your device when the App is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive Your approximate location from Your IP address.

2.2 Device Information: We may collect information about Your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
2.3 We may connect to third-party services, such as Apple HealthKit and Google Fit, to enable us to import Personal Data about your health and activities into the App based on your permission. This imported data may include sports activities, weight, calories burned, heart rate, number of steps/distance traveled, and other data about your health. We will process this data in order to provide you with the App functionality described below. When you choose to have this data imported you are subject to the Google Fit and Apple HealthKit privacy policies and practices.
3.0 Use of Personal Information

Password security & carrier charges

If You download the Application, You may be required to choose a password, passcode, and nick name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password, passcode and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your password, passcode or account. If there is any compromise on Your password and/or Your passcode You can change Your password and or passcode using the ‘forgot password’ and/or ‘forgot passcode’ functionality.
Please note that your carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply if you are using the App on a mobile device.
4.0 Sharing of Personal Information

4.1 We share Your information with payment service providers and regulatory authorities in the event of any request from such authorities.
4.2 We may disclose Your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
